Where do we ship?
Currently we ship to the US. We are in the process of researching affordable international shipping options for our customers. Feel free to email us your request for international orders and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
Do we offer free shipping?
Not at this time. We do group packaging your order for the lowest shipping costs possible. From time to time we offer free shipping our discount offers so check our website regularly for our special discount offers.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed you will receive and email confirmation with tracking info.
Do you ship to more than one address or to another address?
Yes, you will need to place multiple orders to ship to different addresses. If it is a gift to another address be sure to mark the shipping address for the recipient.
When will my order be shipped?
Prompt processing of your package is our main priority. We ship orders Tue-Fri. and our goal is to for your package to leave our store by the next business day. Most orders are processed within 1-2 days to depart from our store. Custom orders may require additional time, however, we will communicate with you if there is a delay in processing. Please keep in mind that many of our products are hand crafted and our candles are hand poured. We are a small mom and pop operations so some custom and specialty orders may take up to 3-5 days to ship.
Do you expedite orders?
In most instances we can work with you on expedited shipping. Please call our store or send us an email to email@example.com and we will do our best to assist with your request.
